Recaredo is a family owned winery from the region of Penedès in north-eastern Spain. Using dry-farming, fully biodynamic techniques in the vineyard, they are award-winning pioneers of sustainable winemaking. Brut Nature Terrers 2018 is a top-level "Corpinnat" sparkling wine, meaning it's been 100% hand-made from grape-picking to riddling to disgorgement.
