Xarel-lo

Xarel-lo is a Spanish grape hailing from the Northern region of Catalonia. Its most common use is in the production of the famous Cava sparkling wine blend. However, it can also produce extremely fine dry white wines with a bracing acidity, which makes Xarel-lo a great match with both cheeses and seafood.
