Carménère
Carménère is a red grape native to France, but’s now found its real home in the valleys of central Chile. Carménère needs plenty of sunshine to fully ripen, but if grown well it can be an absolute knockout either on its own or blended with other wines. Expect flavours of raspberry, green pepper and vanilla.
