Testalonga, Follow Your Dreams 2022

Testalonga is the passion project of one of South Africa's most exciting natural winemakers, Craig Hawkins. After spending time honing his craft in Portugal and Austria, Craig returned to his native Swartland where he harnesses the Mediterranean climate to make expressive and totally organic wines. Follow Your Dreams 2022 is made from 100% organically farmed Carignan. Bursting with notes of fresh raspberry, cranberry and blackberry; the palate is medium-bodied with well-integrated tannins and a balanced acidity. The fruity flavours on the nose follow on the palate, but also has more of a earthy-minerally quality and an excellent length on the finish. A great wine to pair with lamb.
