Cossetti, Mimi Rossato 2019

Clementina Cossetti is now the fourth generation Cossetti to produce exceptional wine from her family's estate in Piedmont, northern Italy. Clemintina's philosophy is based on traditional winemaking, where she strives to capture a pure expression of the land her family has been cultivating for over 125 years. Mimi Rosato 2019 is a blend of 70% Barbera and 30% Friesa. It's a very clean, bright tasting rosé with a delicate nose of rose petal and wild strawberry. On the palate there are really fresh flavours of raspberry and cherry; it's a perfect wine to enjoy with a light lunch.
