Headed up by two "sorres" (sisters) on the northwest coast of their native Sardinia, Cantina Sorres has been operating since 2004. Learning from their grandfathers and father, sisters Laura & Delia have now taken up the family tradition of producing exceptional organic wine. Vermentino Su Bicu 2019 is a glass of Sardinian sunshine. An invitingly warm sweetness and zesty grapefruit aroma leads onto flavours of crunchy pear, green apple and the unmistakable salty-minerally edge that marks out great Vermentino. It's a superb match with all kinds of seafood and shellfish.
