Adegas Guimaro, Blanco 2019

Five generations of family winemakers operating from a small estate bring you the Guimaro Blanco 2019. Using only organic farming methods, the wine is a rich blend of 75% Godello, with Albariño, Loureiro and Torrontés making up the final 25% (the exact ratios are a closely guarded family secret). A golden, complex wine with a real depth of flavour and equal parts earthy & floral. It has a slightly citrussy-saline edge which is synonymous with grapes grown on the Atlantic coastlines of Ribeira Sacra in northwest Spain, which soak up the salty air blowing in from the breakers crashing below.
