Vidal

Vidal is a white grape grown across North America, and is one of the key grapes behind the famously sweet “ice wines” of Canada and the USA, where the grapes are picked completely frozen at night, which concentrates their natural sugars. The wines Vidal produce tend to be very floral, fruity and intense.
