Flag of Italy

Verdicchio is a white wine grape which has been cultivated since around the 14th Century in Italy. It’s very versatile in that, depending on the winemaker, styles can range from easy-drinking table wines to truly complex, age-worthy bottles. Given its naturally high acidity, Verdicchio is a great match with food, particularly fried fish.
