Saperavi

Saperavi is an acidic, teinturier (meaning it has both red skins and red pulp) grape variety native to Georgia. Structurally similar to Pinot Noir but with more black fruit flavours, it's a great grape to explore for lovers of well-rounded, elegant red wines.
