Rkatsiteli

Rkatsiteli (pronounced ruh-kat-si-tell-ee) is an ancient grape hailing from the Balkans and Caucasus, where it has been grown for thousands of years to produce softly spiced white wine. Rkatsiteli roughly translates in an old Indo-Iranian language as “shining with snow”, which is a nod to Rkatsiteli’s great ability to withstand cold temperatures.
