Refosco

Refosco is an ancient grape variety, with its native home disputed between modern-day Italy, Slovenia or Croatia. Refosco tends to produce opulent red wines with a high fruit intensity, deep colouring, and flavours of violet, black pepper and plum. It’s a great match with grilled, rich or hearty dishes.
