Pamid is one of the world's most ancient grape varieties, native to Bulgaria's Thracian Valley. Pamid grapes generally produce light to medium-bodied red wines with moderate acidity and low tannins. The wines are generally very fruity and are among some of the best red wines to serve chilled.
