Melnik
Melnik is a grape native to Bulgaria and produces powerful wines that respond well to extended maturation in oak and often have notes of forest fruits, tobacco and leather. Melnik wines tend to be exotically perfumed, richly textured and have ample tannins - they're a great pair with grilled foods.
