Grechetto

Grechetto is an Italian white grape of Greek origin, where it’s mainly planted in the central region of Umbria. Grechetto produces wines which are light-bodied and high in acidity, which makes them a great blending partner. Punchy flavours of white peach, wild flowers and melon make it a superb wine to pair with seared seafood.
