Encruzado
Encruzado hails from the Dão region of Portugal and makes undoubtedly some of their finest white wines. The better renditions are wonderfully floral; imagine aromas of rose petal and violet, with a citrus and melon undertone throughout. It’s a wine which can be cellared for many years and goes very well with creamy risotto.
