Colombard

Colombard is a fairly neutral grape, but this also makes it one of the world’s best for blending – most commonly in the production of brandy. Traditionally glanced over for more powerful grape varieties, more and more winemakers are now seeing Colombard’s potential to make light, refreshing, easy-drinking white wine.
