Cinsault

In the past, Cinsault was looked at as the “backing singer” to more powerful reds like Grenache or Carignan in Southern French blends. However, it’s now seeing a renaissance in the New World, where it’s creating light, soft and floral wine. It’s a red which is great chilled, making it perfect for summer drinking.
