Canaiolo

Canaiolo is a red wine grape hailing from Tuscany, Italy. It is fairly unknown because it is often blended with its more famous cousin, Sangiovese, in the production of the world-renowned Chianti. However, on its own Canaiolo makes a soft, mellow, but nevertheless elegantly aromatic wine.
