Bourboulenc is an ancient white wine grape commonly found in Southern France, mainly Provence, Languedoc and the Rhône Valley. It’s a popular blending partner with Chateauneuf du Pape Blanc; however, on its own Bourboulenc makes wines with a citrussy, smoky, spicy complexity rarely found in any other white grape.
