Auxerrois

Auxerrois is a full-bodied, yet fresh white grape hailing from Alsace, France. It has now also found a home in Germany and Austria, where it makes a very rich, almost musky, white wine. It’s an unforgiving grape which demands perfection in the winery, but made well and Auxerrois can be a knockout wine.
