Assyritiko is a stunning Greek grape, native to Santorini and the surrounding Aegean islands. Often referred to as Greece’s answer to Sauvignon Blanc, Assyritiko produces minerally, aromatic wines, which are high in acidity and packed with heaps of citrus fruit flavours. It’s a cracking wine to have with food, particularly fish.
