Xavier, Petit Xavier Rouge NV

Xavier Vignon is a consultant winemaker who has been working at some of the top Chateaux across the Rhône Valley, including Chateauneuf-du-Pape, for over 20 years. Considered a "Master Blender", he now sources the best grapes from across the region and produces wine under his own label, which we're really quite happy about. Petit Xavier Rouge NV is made from a blend of Syrah and Grenache taken from different vintages. A great informal red bursting with notes of red fruits and soft spice; a nice bright acidity and a little tannin make this a great wine to pair with a Sunday roast.
