Maison Ventenac, Le Paria 2023

Located in Cabardès, overlooking the city of Carcassonne, Maison Ventenac covers 130ha of cultivated vines and focus on the grapes and styles which the south of France does best. Le Paria 2023 is made from 100% Grenache. Fresh and intense, it bursts with notes of juicy raspberry, strawberry, white pepper and blackcurrant. The palate is medium-bodied with a bright acidity and just the right amount of fruitiness to savouriness. In short, a supremely drinkable red and one best enjoyed with lighter meat dishes.
