Lubanzi, Red Blend 2021

Lubanzi was created by two American travellers to South Africa who fell in love with the country and in particular a loyal dog they named Lubanzi, who led them as they trekked 100 miles along South Africa's Wild Coast. Now a full Fair Trade winery, the team at Lubanzi are some of the most generous winemakers going and their wines offer exceptional value. Red Blend 2021 is made from an old-school Southern Rhone blend of 75% Shiraz, 18% Grenache and 7% Mourvedre. picked from selected vineyards across the Swartland & Coastal Regions of South Africa. The wine has bramble berry and sour cherry notes with a little maraschino sweetness and a touch of liquorice, too, then a warming spice finish. A great wine to bring along to your next BBQ.
