Les Vins de la Gabare, Les Grandes Hermines 2021

Les Vins de la Gabare is a collective of different winegrowers across France's Loire Valley who have a shared commitment to organic winemaking. Proudly flying the flag for the Loire and focusing on what the region does best, their aim is to make wines which truly reflect where they come from. Les Grandes Hermines 2021 is made from 100% organically farmed Chenin Blanc. The nose has some great floral notes of honeysuckle and blossom, mingling with delicate citrus notes and juicy ripe apples. The palate is beautifully balanced and refreshing; crisp and juicy flavours of green apple and citrus take the lead, accompanied by hints of tangy grapefruit. The wine exhibits a zesty acidity that brings brightness and liveliness to the long finish.
