Jumpin' Juice, Sunset 2022

Patrick Sullivan is a young winemaker who produces some of the best natural wines in Australia from his vineyards in Victoria. His wines are inspired by, "emotion, a moment in time and a sense of place" and really capture the essence of southern Australia. Sullivan believes that great wines are made in the vineyard, not the winery; and as such, his wines are a real expression of the grapes themselves. Sunset 2022 is made from 100% Pinot Gris and sits somewhere in the middle between an orange wine and a rosé. Super expressive and fruit-driven, the nose has notes of grapefruit, peach, red plum and raspberry; the palate is fresh & fruity, with a crunchy acidity and great finish. Perfect as a sun-downer or enjoyed with a picnic.
