Eschenhof Holzer, Zero-G Grüner 2023

Now into their 5th generation of family ownership, the vineyards of Eschenhof Holzer has been headed up by Arnold Holzer since 2010. Located in the illustrious Wagram region of Austria, the winery was named after Arnold's ancestor, "Eschenhof" - taken from the local word for the oak trees which are interspersed around the estate and still stand to this day. Named for just how light and vibrant this wine is, Zero-G Grüner 2023 is a deliciously light, vibrant Grüner Veltliner from Austria's Wagram region. A nose of grapefruit, lemon, green apple and stone moves to a refreshing palate with crisp acidity and light body. A great wine to enjoy as an aperitif or paired with lighter pork dishes.
