Encantador, Blanco 2019

Encantador have established themselves as a winery who like to do things a little differently. Based in Spain's central Castile region, the name Encantador translates as "charming", which should tell you everything you need to know about their wines. Blanco 2018 is a blend of 85% Airén and 15% Chardonnay. Intense aromas of pineapple and pear surround a subtle mineral note. It's medium bodied, with a good fruit concentration, juicy mouthfeel and a long, refreshingly vibrant finish.
