Dominio do Bibei, Lapola Blanco 2018

One of the main driving forces behind the push for quality in Spain's Ribeira Sacra and Galicia as a whole, Dominio do Bibei was established in 2001 by the Dominguez family. Their aim was simple: rediscover their family winemaking roots and, whilst doing so, reflect the strength & beauty of their breathtaking vineyards through their wines. Lapola Blanco 2018 is a blend of 88% Godello, 10% Albariño and 2% Dona Blanca; perfectly combining richness with freshness. The nose is complex with aromas of wild white flowers and a distinct stony note which expands onto a deep palate with flavours of honeysuckle, juicy peach and orange zest. It will stand up well to rich fish dishes as well as lemony-herby chicken.
