Ciu' Ciu, Le Merlettaie Bianco Pecorino 2022

The Ciu' Ciu' vineyards lie just outside the medieval village of Offida on Italy's eastern coastline. They proudly farm using organic methods, meaning no chemicals or pesticides are used in the vineyard or winery; what you see in your glass is a true expression of both wine and winemaker. Le Merlettaie Bianco Pecorino 2022 is made from 100% organically farmed Pecorino. Notes of pear, apple, honey and lemon are on the nose which moves to a silky medium-bodied palate with more fruity notes along with flavours of creamy vanilla balanced with some bright citrus. A great wine to pair with creamy pasta dishes or charcuterie.
