Cape Point, Reserve Sauvignon Blanc 2018

Being uniquely situated on the Noordhoek Cape Peninsula on South Africa's Atlantic coast, Cape Point Vineyards are perfectly positioned to get the most of the hot sun, cooling ocean breeze and wind exposure required to produce truly world class Sauvignon Blanc. Reserve Sauvignon Blanc 2018 actually features 10% Sémillon which is added to the Sauvignon Blanc, providing more structure, complexity & depth into the wine. The nose is delicately floral, with aromas of grapefruit, peach and lime zest along with some subtle cedar. This all follows to a richly textured palate with a long, minerally finish. This is a which which will stand up very well to stronger fish dishes.
