Cantina Volpi, Trefili 2019

Cantina Volpi is a real stalwart of the wine world in Lombardy, northern Italy, being established well over 100 years ago. Trefili 2019 is a superb, energetic expression of Pinot Grigio. It bursts on the nose with notes of crunchy apples, juicy pears and white blossom; on the palate it is bright & fresh, with zesty citrus fruit flavours and a touch of steely minerality, which all culminates in a good, clean finish.
