Cantina Toblino, Pinot Grigio 2021

Cantina Toblino was founded in 1960 by a small collective of Italian wine growers who recognised the potential for producing exceptional wine in Trentino, in the very far north of Italy. Today, Cantina Toblino collects grapes from around 600 small-scale organic farmers scattered across the region which are then blended together in their central winery. Their Pinot Grigio 2021 is pleasantly bright and clean tasting: elegantly fresh citrus blossom gives way to a gracefully fruity palate of ripe pear and white peach. A very accessible, enjoyable Italian white.
