Using sustainable farming practices and hand-harvesting only, they are able to ensure the quality of fruit needed to produce the refined wines for which they're known. Primitivo di Manduria Carlone 2021 is everything you want in a Primitvo: ruby red and intense with an aroma of blackberry jam, cooked strawberry, plum and vanilla. The palate is warming and supple, with well-integrated tannins and juicy finish. A superb cheese wine or paired with grilled meats.
