Babylonstoren, Mourvedère Rosé 2024 (magnum)
Lying in the shadow of the Simonsburg and Du Toitskloof mountains of South Africa's Franschhoek Valley, the history of the sustainably farmed vineyards & orchards of Babylonstoren can be traced back to the 17th Century. Mourvedère Rosé 2024 has the claim-to-fame of being the official rosé of the Chelsea Flower Show. It's made using 100% Mourvèdre and has bright notes of wild strawberries and rose petals on the nose. There's a hint of watermelon and flavour of crushed pomegranate on the palate, which is rounded off with a bright acidity and a delicious finish, making this a great rosé to pair with a fresh summer salad.
