Albert Mann, Pinot Gris Tradition 2018

Lying in the shadows of the Vosges Mountains and border of Germany, the certified organic and biodynamic vineyards of Domaine Albert Mann have been headed up by two brothers, Maurice & Jacky Barthelmé, since 1984. They believe in minimal intervention in both the winery and vineyard, meaning their wines are a true representation of the place and time in which they were grown. Their Pinot Gris Tradition 2018 brings together a delicately discreet nose of fresh fruit, which opens up to notes of honey, spiced ginger and white plum. It has a full texture typical of Alsace Pinot Gris, but also a good level of acidity which means it will stand up well to equally rich foods.
