Viosinho
Viosinho is a white grape from Portugal, and has been planted in the Douro Valley since the 1800s. It’s a grape which makes full-bodied, high quality white wines known for their strong floral flavours with added notes of apricot and peach. Given its fuller style, Viosinho is a great match for paella.
