Timorasso
Timorasso is an ancient Italian white grape variety native to Piedmont. Its popularity is once again on the rise due to its natural floral aromatics and flavours of tropical fruit. It’s also a grape which responds well to oak ageing, which imparts a complex creaminess into the wine too. It’s a real gem.
