Thrapsathiri


Thrapsathiri is a white grape native to the Greek island of Crete, producing excellent dry white wines with notes of honeydew melon and peach. Thrapsathiri is a grape which thrives in Crete and is now being more widely planted due to its natural resistance to drought and the effects of climate change.
