Picpoul

Picpoul is an ancient grape variety native to the Languedoc-Roussillon region, Southern France. Its name roughly translates to “stings the lip”; a nod to this grape’s extremely high acidity. However, this natural acidity packs the wine with plenty of citrus notes and supports the wine’s structure, leaving it a great match with food.
