País

País is a historically important grape, as it was the first grape to be exported from the Old World (Europe) to the New World (everywhere else), when vine-cuttings arrived with the Conquistadors on the shores of Mexico in the 16th Century. Expect flavours of red fruit and spice in this unsung hero of South American wine.
