Koshu

Image of Koshu

Koshu is a little-known grape primarily grown in Japan. It’s rose-coloured berries are used to make focussed, delicate white wine, with a light-body and restrained notes of white peach and citrus. Grown in the foothills of Mount Fuji, Koshu is a real up-and-coming grape on the world’s wine scene, and a dream pair with sushi.
