Kerner

Kerner was made in Hungary in 1929 through a crossing of Riesling and Schiava. Like Riesling, Kerner is high in acid and has the ability to age well for many years. However, as a varietal wine it lacks the refinement of Riesling and is usually blended with it as a result.
