Hárslevelű (harsh-level-oo) is a grape native to Hungary and named for the shape of its leaves, which resemble the leaves of the Linden tree. Hárslevelű has been around for centuries and is planted across much of Hungary—notably in Tokaj, where its used in the production of the region's famous sweet wines.
