Argaman

Argaman is an Israeli grape, made from a crossing of France’s Carignan and Portugal’s Sousão. Argaman (Hebrew for crimson) produces red wines which are typically dry and medium-bodied; with sweet fruit flavours and an undeniable soft spiciness. Whilst mainly produced as a table wine, Argaman is increasingly being elegantly oak-aged and its stock is rising.
