Albillo is a full-bodied white wine grape found in Galicia, North-Western Spain. Wines made using Albillo are rich, heady and packed with tropical & stone-fruit flavours. Given its fuller character and good level of acidity, it’s also a wine which can really benefit from ageing for a few years to bring out its lofty potential.
