Family-run in Thésée, Touraine, Domaine Guy Allion has farmed these flinty clay-limestone slopes for four generations. Now led by Cédric Allion, the estate champions low-intervention Loire winemaking with HVE and Terra Vitis certification. Sustainable practices and mature vines yield Sauvignon Blancs of bright precision and mineral clarity that capture the freshness and authenticity of the Cher Valley. Le Petit Perron 2024 is zesty and expressive, with aromas of lime, gooseberry and elderflower over a flinty edge. The palate is crisp and vibrant, showing grapefruit, green apple and a touch of fresh herbs. Fine minerality and clean acidity carry through to a bright, refreshing finish. A classic Loire Sauvignon Blanc which is equal parts pure, elegant and endlessly drinkable. Vegan-friendly and sustainably produced.
